George Coffinas has been practicing law since 1983 and is one of the Hudson Valleys most experienced trial attorneys, concentrating in medical malpractice, negligence, and commercial litigation. In one of his recent cases a jury awarded Georges client $6.2 million for injuries sustained when she was struck by a drunk driver. George also obtained one of the largest verdicts of its kind against a municipality in Rockland County, when a jury awarded his client a $1.6 million dollar verdict for back and leg injuries sustained in a fall. In an earlier case, George won a $9.5 million jury verdict for a young boy who fractured a leg in a school yard accident.
