Post and graduated from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Neimark has tried over 1,000 cases across both the defense and plaintiff sides. Presently, Mr. Neimark enjoys a successful career as a plaintiff's attorney, earning large settlements and awards for the unfortunate victims of accidents. Most recently, Mr. Neimark successfully arbitrated a matter in which he was able to obtain a $2 million recovery for his client, who was injured in a motorcycle accident. Mr. Neimark is happily married with one son. Besides the practice of law, Mr. Neimark enjoys spending time with his family and being "Poppa" to his three grandsons.
